Sec. 8505.051. MEMBERSHIP OF BOARD. (a) The board consists of five directors appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the senate.
(b) Each director must be a freehold property taxpayer in this state and a resident of the authority.
(c) A person is ineligible to be appointed as a director if, during the three years preceding the date of the appointment, the person has been employed by a utility company, including an electric power and light company, a gas company, or a telephone company.
