Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 8505.105 Forestation And Reforestation; Prevention Of Soil Erosion And Floods

Sec. 8505.105. FORESTATION AND REFORESTATION; PREVENTION OF SOIL EROSION AND FLOODS. In the watershed of the Colorado River and its tributaries, the authority may:

(1) forest, reforest, or aid in foresting or reforesting; and

(2) prevent or aid in the prevention of soil erosion and floods.
