Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 8505.108 Overflow Or Inundation Of Public Property; Relocation Of Roads

Sec. 8505.108. OVERFLOW OR INUNDATION OF PUBLIC PROPERTY; RELOCATION OF ROADS. The authority may overflow and inundate any public land or public property and require the relocation of a road or highway in the manner and to the extent permitted to a district organized under general law under Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution.
