Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 9062.002 Nature Of District

Sec. 9062.002. NATURE OF DISTRICT. The district is:

(1) a conservation and reclamation district in Brazoria County under Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution;

(2) a water control and improvement district; and

(3) a municipal corporation.
