Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 9062.156 Duration Of Contract For Water Purchase Or Sale

Sec. 9062.156. DURATION OF CONTRACT FOR WATER PURCHASE OR SALE. A district contract for the purchase or sale of water may not exceed 40 years.
