Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 9063.001 Definitions

Sec. 9063.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Authority" means the Upper Jasper County Water Authority.

(2) "Board" means the authority's board of directors.

(3) "Director" means a board member.
