Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 9063.002 Nature Of Authority

Sec. 9063.002. NATURE OF AUTHORITY. (a) The authority is a conservation and reclamation district.

(b) The creation of the authority is essential to accomplish the purposes of Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution.
