Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 9601.202 Form Of Bonds

Sec. 9601.202. FORM OF BONDS. District bonds must be:

(1) issued in the district's name; and

(2) signed by the officers of the district in accordance with the proceedings authorizing the issuance of the bonds.
