§ 3.1-1028. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Virginia birch declared endangered species
Virginia birch or round-leaf birch, Betula uber of the Betulaceae family, is hereby declared an endangered species as defined herein and is subject to this chapter in order to preserve those specimens known to occur in this Commonwealth.
