§ 3.1-342. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) When products considered as offered for sale

When any agricultural product is in transit, delivered to a railroad station or common carrier for shipment, or delivered to a storage house for storage, such fact or facts shall be considered as prima facie evidence that the product is offered for sale.
