§ 3.1-733. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Penalty
Any person who shall fail to do any of the things required of him in §§ 3.1-726 to 3.1-732, or fail or refuse to allow the State Veterinarian or his agent to do or to perform any duty required of him by §§ 3.1-726 to 3.1-732, or who shall violate any of the rules and regulations authorized by these sections, or who shall violate quarantines established by virtue of these sections, shall be deemed guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
