§ 3.1-738. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Duty of officers to execute orders of Board or State Veterinar...

The Board, or State Veterinarian, shall have power to call upon any law-enforcement officer as defined in § 9.1-101 to execute their orders, and such officers shall obey the orders of the Board or the State Veterinarian.
