§ 3.1-763. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Violations

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500. Each day upon which such violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to the penalties herein provided, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violation.

Furthermore, if applicable, the Commissioner shall forthwith revoke, and not thereafter reissue, the permit of any person upon receiving a record of his conviction of any offense or offenses otherwise punishable under this article.
