§ 3.1-796.34. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Register of brands

The Department shall maintain a complete register of all brands, showing the name and address of the owner, and shall annually publish and distribute copies of this register as prescribed in rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to this chapter.
