§ 3.1-796.38. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Penalties

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. All amounts paid as fines for violations of this chapter, when collected by the proper authority, shall be transmitted to the Department and deposited in the state treasury.
