§ 3.1-871. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Penalty for violation

Any person, firm, corporation or association violating any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $300.
