§ 3.1-906. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Penalty

Violation of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not less than $100, nor more than $500 for the first offense, and not less than $500 nor more than $1,000 for all subsequent offenses.
