§ 3.1-949.2. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Weights and Measures Fund established; purpose

There is hereby established in the state treasury a special fund to be designated the "Weights and Measures Fund." This Fund shall consist of civil penalties assessed pursuant to §§ 3.1-966.1 and 3.1-969.15 and any gifts, grants, fees and contributions which are specifically designated for inclusion in the Fund. The income and principal of this Fund shall be used only for the purposes of administering and enforcing this chapter and Chapter 35.1 (§ 3.1-969.1 et seq.) of this title.
