§ 3.1-949.3. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Violations of pricing requirements

It shall be a violation of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (§ 59.1-196 et seq.) for a retail merchant to fail to comply with the provisions of § 3.1-949.1.
