§ 3.1-963. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Obstructing Commissioner, sealers, etc

Any person who shall hinder or obstruct in any way the Commissioner, his assistant, or any one of the inspectors, or a sealer in the performance of his official duties shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
