§ 3.1-964. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Impersonating Commissioner, sealer, etc
Any person who shall impersonate in any way the Commissioner, his assistant, or any one of the inspectors, or a sealer by the use of his seal or a counterfeit of his seal, or in any other manner, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
