§ 3.1-969.3. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Delegation of authority

The Board may delegate to the Commissioner (i) any authority vested in it under this chapter, except the authority to adopt regulations, and (ii) any authority contained in § 3.1-966.1 relating to the assessment of civil penalties.
