§ 3.1-969.9. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Certification fee

Every service technician applying for a certification or renewal of certification shall pay annually a certification fee of twenty-five dollars per service technician. All fees collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the state treasury and credited to the Weights and Measures Fund established by § 3.1-949.2.
