§ 3.1-971. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Commissioner to enforce chapter; rules and regulation...

The Commissioner is authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter and to promulgate, in the manner provided by law, such rules and regulations as are deemed necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
