§ 3.1-973. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Application for license

Application for a license as a licensed public weighmaster shall be made upon a form provided by the Commissioner and the application shall furnish evidence that the applicant has the qualifications required by § 3.1-972 of this chapter.
