§ 6.1-108. Same; when publication once in two newspapers sufficient
Whenever there are two or more newspapers having general circulation in the county or city where such suit or petition as is referred to in § 6.1-106 is pending, the court, in its discretion, may, in lieu of the publication provided for therein or in § 6.1-107 direct that the list of creditors, together with the notice, shall be published once in at least two of such newspapers having general circulation in such county or city.
