§ 6.1-110.1. Definitions
As used in this article:
"Bank" means any bank, trust company, or bank and trust company which is now organized or may be organized hereafter under the laws of this Commonwealth.
Except where otherwise specified, "FDIC," or "receiver," means the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and includes any successor to the Corporation or any other agency or instrumentality of the United States which undertakes to discharge the purposes of the Corporation.
"Receivership court" means the court of record which appoints a receiver for a bank pursuant to this article.
