§ 19.2-386. How forfeitures of property not otherwise provided for are enforced
Except as otherwise specifically provided by law, whenever any property is forfeited to the Commonwealth by reason of the violation of any law, the court before which the offender is convicted shall order sale or other disposition of the property and proceeds of any such sale as provided for in §§ 19.2-381 through 19.2-384.
