§ 26-25. Settlement of fiduciary's accounts by commissioner in chancery; report to commissioner of account...
On motion of any fiduciary having charge of an estate, or of any person interested therein, the court, or the judge thereof in vacation, may require any of its commissioners in chancery to settle the accounts of such fiduciary; and, whenever a court deems it proper, it may require any one or more of its commissioners in chancery to settle the accounts of any of the fiduciaries mentioned in the preceding sections of this chapter. A commissioner in chancery making a settlement under such order of a court shall, within thirty days, report the fact and date of such settlement to the commissioner of accounts, who shall make an entry of the same in his record book.
