§ 26-31. Accounts, etc., to be reported
Every account stated under this chapter, including a statement of the cash on hand and in bank and the investments held by the fiduciary at the terminal date of the account, and, where applicable, reports of debts and demands under § 64.1-172 shall be reported, with any matters specially stated deemed pertinent by the commissioner, or which may be required by any person interested to be so stated.
