§ 38.2-3143. Assessment against insurers whose policies are valued
The Commission is hereby authorized to assess against every insurer whose policies are valued a sum equal to the cost of valuation, which shall be paid into the state treasury and placed by the Comptroller to the credit of the maintenance fund of the Bureau of Insurance.
