§ 64.1-137. Death of sole executor; his executor has no authority
The executor of an executor shall have no authority as such to administer the estate of the first testator, but, on the death, resignation or removal of the sole surviving executor of any last will, administration of the estate of the first testator, not already administered, may be granted, with the will annexed, to such person as the court shall think fit to appoint.
