§ 9.94A.620. Prisoner escape, release, or furlough -- Consequences of failure to notify

Civil liability shall not result from failure to provide notice required under RCW 9.94A.612 through 9.94A.618, 9.94A.030, and43.43.745 unless the failure is the result of gross negligence.
