§ 48.17.065. Application of chapter to health care service contractors and health maintenance organizations

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to agents of health care service contractors and health maintenance organizations.

Application of chapter to insurance producers appointed by health care service contractors, health maintenance organizations, or both. (Effective July 1, 2009.)

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to insurance producers appointed by either health care service contractors or health maintenance organizations, or both.
