All herds known or suspected to be infected with or exposed to hog cholera shall be examined, and no swine may be moved into or from the premises except upon written permission of the representative of the Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission. If, after proper diagnosis by a representative named in ยง 2-40-705, cholera is not found, the quarantine will be removed.
