DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the final rejection of
claims 1, 3 and 5 through 14, constituting all the claims remaining
in the application.
The invention is directed to a MIS transistor having a gate
sidewall insulating layer. The structure of the instant invention is
