(Danziger) 4,155,588 May 22, 1979 The appealed claims stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as follows: a) claims 35 through 38, 40, 44, 46, 48 and 52 through 58 as being unpatentable over Van Seenus in view of Danziger and Hough; and b) claim 41 as being unpatentable over Van Seenus in view of Danziger and Hough, and further in view of Rogers. Reference is made to the appellant’s main and reply briefs (Paper Nos. 9 and 11) and to the examiner’s final rejection and answer (Paper Nos. 7 and 10) for the respective positions of the appellant and the examiner with regard to the propriety of these rejections.
