Appeal No. 97-0695 Application No. 08/273,466 BACKGROUND The appellants' invention relates to a method of fabricating handles. Claims 3 and 7 are representative of the subject matter on appeal and a copy of those claims, as they appear in the appendix of the appellants' brief, is attached to this decision. The prior art references of record relied upon by the examiner as evidence of obviousness under 35 U.S.C. § 103 are: Ager 2,510,490 June 6, 1950 Janssen 4,856,136 Aug. 15, 1989 Claims 3 through 8 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 112, second paragraph, as indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which the appellants regard as their invention.
