under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) as being anticipated by Ritch ‘296 is
reversed as to claims 1, 20, 32 and 45, but is affirmed as to
claims 16, 28, 29, 43, 44 and 46-48.
The rejection of claims 17-19, 25, 27 and 31 under 35
U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Ritch ‘296 is
reversed.
The decision of the examiner is affirmed-in-part.
