Appeal No. 95-2382 Application 07/955,671 According to appellants, the invention is directed to a method of manufacturing coated photographic materials wherein the chilling and gelling of the photographic liquid materials occur while the web is horizontal and the materials are on the underside of the web (brief, page 3). As stated by appellants on page 4 of the brief, the claims stand or fall together. Claim 1 is illustrative of the subject matter on appeal and is reproduced below: 1.
