According to appellants, the invention is concerned with pharmaceutical compositions comprising bicyclam or related polyazacyclohexa- or tetra-decanes, active against HIV- infected cells in vitro (brief, page 1). 2 Claim 23 has been amended by an amendment filed with the reply brief dated Dec. 28, 1994 (Paper No. 19), and entered as noted by the examiner in the Supplemental Answer dated Mar. 13, 1995 (Paper No. 20).
