However, we do not agree with the examiner that Kondo’s color video display circuit 10 and CRT 20 are disclosed as being attached to the camera body; the physical location of these elements relative to video camera 1 is not disclosed. The examiner did not argue, and appellants did not address, the obviousness, in view of Maemori, of mounting Kondo’s color video display circuit 10 and CRT 20 on video camera 1 for the purpose of permitting them to function as the claimed viewfinder. As a result, we will not consider that issue. For the foregoing reasons, we will not sustain the examiner’s rejection of the appealed claims for obviousness over Kondo in view of Maemori.
