For the foregoing reasons, we do not sustain the rejection of claims 1-4 and 6-12 over Morimoto and Takemoto. Conclusion The rejection of claims 1-4 and 6-12 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Morimoto and Takemoto is reversed. REVERSED JAMES D.
