On the record before us, the examiner has established a prima facie case of unpatentability of the claimed subject matter which appellants have not overcome by arguments or evidence. Therefore, the rejection of claims 11 and 14-21 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is affirmed. SUMMARY: The rejection of claims 1-6, 9 and 10 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed. The rejection under 35 U.S.C. § 103 of claims 11 and 14-21 is affirm. No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a).
