and Kitagawa. However, the rejection of claim 8 under 35
U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over Kuwahara is affirmed.
Accordingly, the decision of the examiner to reject claims 2,
3 and 8 through 10 is affirmed-in-part.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in
connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR
§ 1.136(a).
