CONCLUSION
To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject claims 6-11 and 13-16 under 35 U.S.C. §
103 as unpatentable over Wardle in view of Farooq is reversed, but the decision of the examiner to
reject claims 17-19 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over Wardle in view of Farooq is
affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal may be
extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a).
