Appeal No. 1996-2638 Application No. 08/173,930 the claims remaining in the application. Claim 1 was amended subsequent to the final Office action dated March 22, 1995, Paper No. 34. Appellants have grouped the claims on appeal as follows (Brief, page 4): Group I - Claims 1, 9 and 11 through 15; Group II - Claim 8; and Group III - Claim 10. Appellants have also provided separate arguments for the patentability of the subject matter recited in claims 1, 8 and 10. See Brief, pages 6-12. Accordingly, for purposes of this appeal, we will limit our discussion to claims 1, 8 and 10 in accordance with 37 CFR § 1.192 (c)(5)(1993). Claims 1, 8 and 10 read as follows: 1.
