As discussed in connection with claim 1, the Examiner has not established the obviousness of implementing a plurality of buffer management policies based on the read/write ratio; therefore, modification of a policy based on read/write ratios is not persuasive. The Examiner has failed to establish a prima facie case of obviousness with respect to claim 10.
