CONCLUSION
To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject
claims 1-7 and 12-17 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is affirmed. His
rejection of claims 8-11 and 18-22 under § 103 is reversed.
Accordingly, we affirm-in-part.
