               For the reasons stated above, we conclude that the                     
          Examiner has failed to establish a prima facie case of                      
          obviousness.  Cohen does not cure the deficiency of the                     
          combination of Kaminaka and Frey.  The rejections of                        
          claims 1-19 are reversed.
